As I mentioned, while Hubby's parents were in town, we took advantage of some of the 'nice' weather and went out to Antelope Island - an island located on the south side of the Great Salt Lake that is only accessible by a causeway.
It's technically considered a state park and offers hiking trails, camping and wildlife sightings. It was a perfect outing with our little one (who remained sleeping in his carseat most of the time) and gave us a lot of great photos that will probably end up in a calendar someday.
