CB's 8 months old, and we're starting to realize that our little baby is quickly growing into a little boy.
With the addition of two teeth, his constant talking (da da da da) and his introduction to more solid food, he's not the quiet, sleepy little baby we brought home from the hospital in January. And that's fine with us. He continues to bring our family joy each day.
It seems like he has a new trick every time I turn around - from standing in his crib (with dad's help), to rolling on his tummy while he gets his diaper changed, to standing holding onto just about anything, to barrel rolling to get around the house - he's full of energy and continues to keep us on our toes.

Though he still doesn't show any interest in crawling, I guess I wouldn't either if I could scoot around on my back or barrel roll to get to my final destination. Regardless, he's growing up into a little boy quickly and we love each new phase.
And seriously, you put any baby in a plaid collared shirt with khaki shorts and of course he's going to look more like a little boy!
