It's been in the 90's here in the West, and a chance to go swimming sounded like a perfect way to end out our weekend. Well, we got our chance when a friend invited us over to play in their pool. Great outdoor fun was here - and then we could also feed our curiosity of how CB would handle being in the water. He loves his bath, so he'd love swimming in a big "bath," right?
The day was beautiful - mid-80's with a slight breeze - perfect outdoor weather. The pool looked beautiful... and then you stuck your toe in the water. A bit on the chilly side. Hmmm... us adults can handle this type of temp on a warm day, but how will CB handle it? Only one way to find out. I'll be honest, it wasn't his most favorite experience at first. But you have to give this boy some credit, when even Hubby was timid about jumping in.
There were a few outbursts from both boys about the cool water, but after awhile they got use to it and ended up having a "splashing" time.
